About

Directly overlooking Theresianum Park, the newest addition to the building ensemble at Argentinierstraße is taking shape, a residence that is truly unique in both form and location within Vienna.
Designed as a modern terraced house, this hybrid timber building combines sustainable construction with flexible floor plans, and architectural quality with the spirit of a very special place.

A total of 35 privately owned apartments, ranging from 47 m² to 190 m², are spread across seven floors and feature generous outdoor spaces.
Ground floor gardens, balconies, loggias, and terraces offer varied opportunities for urban outdoor living.
Wherever possible, floor to ceiling windows open views not only across the city but also into the greenery of the adjacent Theresianum sports field and its surrounding parks.

For the construction of Building E, the Rhomberg Group is using the CREE building method in Vienna for the first time. This approach significantly shortens construction time and reduces the impact on the surrounding urban environment, while also minimizing resource consumption.

The timber concrete hybrid components are prefabricated and assembled on site. The entire building incorporates roughly 750 m³ of timber, which stores around 750 tons of CO₂, contributing to sustainable construction alongside the high recyclability of the materials used.

We Challenge the Status Quo
