License Partner
License Partners enable the actual realization of CREE projects. This partnership is intended for general contractors with a strong focus on multi-story buildings, and real estate developers who are looking to repeatedly implement efficient and sustainable building solutions within their specific asset class.
Products & Services Partner
P&S Partners are companies wishing to supply products and services that further develop and enhance CREE Product Solutions. By joining the network, they become a natural part of CREE Projects – and preferred suppliers for the world’s largest timber-hybrid construction collective.
CREEator
The CREEator subscription is intended for planning teams, architects, engineers, and consultants who are currently designing CREE buildings or wish to become recognized experts in doing so. By joining early design phases and working with the CREE System, they help accelerate collaboration across all project stakeholders.
An Innovative Global Network
License Partner
CREE offers a partnership to general contractors and real estate developers with experience in large-volume or multi-story construction who aim to realize projects using the CREE System within a defined territory.
Becoming a License Partner grants access to CREE’s intellectual property, methodologies, and technologies. This knowledge empowers them not only to evaluate opportunities, assess system fit, and define tailored implementation strategies, but to convert construction projects into cost-efficient, high-quality buildings. Together, we establish decentralized supply chains by leveraging regional precast and carpentry expertise, ensuring local production and minimizing transport distances.
Before formalizing the partnership, our journey begins with a 6-month scoping period. This collaborative workshop assesses all key success factors for market entry, including cost structures, code compliance, supply chain set-up, project pipeline and IRR potential, team configuration, and marketing strategy.
Upon successful completion the partners are ready to join CREE’s global License Partner Network and start realizing CREE buildings in their markets. Support continues throughout the first project and beyond, with hands-on collaboration and execution monitoring to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
License Partners also gain access to the CREE Platform, which includes confidential information on CREE Product Solutions, ongoing innovations, project references, and a comprehensive partner overview, including other License Partners, Products & Services Partners, and CREEators. Innovations and experience from projects are exchanged within this partner network, so that the CREE System is constantly being developed and new features are added. Additionally, partners benefit from CREE’s marketing and business development resources.

The Products & Services Partner partnership is designed for companies that supply building products or services for CREE Projects that originate or enhance our Product Solutions.
Our building method provides the foundation, but to realize smart, fast, and sustainable buildings, we want product manufacturers and service providers that drive innovation in every project.
Products & Services Partners help evolve and expand our standardized product portfolio. Integrated at an early stage, they contribute to design optimization, are visible to key stakeholders, and benefit from seamless integration into the CREE System. Their solutions meet defined quality standards and enable direct sales within the network.
The CREE Platform, to which partners have access, serves as a marketplace and keeps P&S Partners up to date on the latest projects and industry developments. A dedicated profile page increases visibility within the community. This brings credibility, long-term brand visibility, and access to a global ecosystem of developers, architects, and contractors.

Our Products & Services Partners
Design with CREE
CREEators
CREEators are carefully selected companies who are currently designing CREE buildings or would like to become recognized experts in doing so. Typically, they are integrated planning teams, architects, structural engineers, MEP experts, and sustainability consultants.
CREE shares knowledge and experience and provides training as well as comprehensive support on a project-specific basis. Once CREEators gain more experience with the system, they learn to quickly identify potential CREE Projects. The CREEator then utilizes local Product & Services Partners and local License Partners in the early stages of the project, to incorporate preliminary cost, time, and delivery scenarios into the feasibility study of the potential CREE building project.
While the integrated planning process quickly leads to the realization of a highly sustainable and unique timber-hybrid building, becoming a CREEator brings a new dimension to your work. It not only enhances your planning process but also expands your company’s portfolio and opens new business opportunities.
As a CREEator, your dedicated company profile on our platform serves as a showcase, highlighting your projects and expertise to the global CREE Network and key industry players. You also gain extended access to the exclusive knowledge library on the CREE Platform, containing confidential, proprietary information on the CREE System.
