With its generous windows, which allow plenty of daylight and create an inspiring work atmosphere. Standing at 11 m high, 49 m wide, and 13 m deep, highlights include the CREE slabs and CREE columns, which are not only technically sophisticated but also visually impressive.

This project marks a milestone with the first timber-concrete composite slab featuring the “General Building Authority Approval” (Allgemein bauaufsichtlicher Zulassung). A testament to CREE Germany’s innovation power and commitment to the highest construction standards.
