ACR is redefining industrialized construction in Spain with an innovative hybrid timber-concrete building. Boasting 500 flats and an expansive 19,600 m², this project was developed for Dazia Capital and Aermont Capital and completed in record time using the CREE system, significantly reducing carbon emissions and environmental impact. As the largest of its kind in Spain and the second-largest in Europe, it is poised to be among the world’s foremost. A sustainable rental apartment building designed to meet TGS tier 4 standards, serving as a pilot for net-zero mass timber construction. The building features innovative systems like a prefabricated hybrid-timber structure, a highly efficient mechanical system, and a design that optimizes natural daylight and cross-ventilation.
